IP & Legal

Client case study02

A more scalable workflow for a California IP law firm

Reducing administrative friction in research, contracts and transcription.

The challenge

The firm’s growing caseload placed pressure on manual research, contract handling and transcription processes.

What we did

Introduced legal-research tooling, contract workflows, digital transcription and staff training as described in the existing case.

Documented outcome

A more structured legal support workflow. Claims of precise turnaround improvements or client-satisfaction growth have not been substantiated with measurements.

Documented service workflow03

Coordinating national-phase patent filing across jurisdictions

From jurisdiction decisions to local-associate communication and filing requirements.

The challenge

Foreign national-phase activity depends on timely instructions, jurisdiction selection and clear coordination with counsel and overseas associates.

What we did

A documented patent-filing correspondence thread illustrates the active coordination of France, Japan and potentially Vietnam, pending client instructions. Menteso supports the associated intake and filing communication workflows.

Documented outcome

A documented example of filing coordination—not a claim that these particular applications were filed or granted.

Patent illustrations built for prosecution workflows

Technical drawing support designed to integrate into patent applications.

The challenge

Patent teams need accurately prepared drawings, organized revisions and consistent communication during filing work.

What we did

Patent Drawing Experts provides illustration preparation and revision support aligned with applicant and attorney instructions.

Documented outcome

A service capability showcase, rather than a fabricated client outcome or a claim about allowance or grant rates.

Sproutly & ClanCaddy: software engineering with an orderly handover

Product development support and a documented code-and-cloud ownership transition.

The challenge

The projects required continuity in application development and controlled transfer of code and infrastructure responsibility at the end of the engagement.

What we did

Supported work on Sproutly and ClanCaddy. Transferred the ClanCaddy frontend and backend Git repositories and Sproutly project ownership, retained an EC2 snapshot and closed down the scheduled infrastructure.

Documented outcome

A February 2026 project handover email confirms the transfer of ownership and closure steps; no unverified traffic, user or revenue growth is claimed.
